New Sacramento study recommends ways to improve the city’s entertainment economy

Recommendations include creating “multiple kinds of entertainment permits and a central place for venue operators and event organizers to get help with city paperwork,” policies and procedures that Nighttime Economy Manager, Tina Lee-Vogt is crafting with City Attorney to present to City Council.
