NITECAP is committed to addressing and supporting diversity by promoting programs and policies to create safe, equitable, accessible, and welcoming sociable spaces. NITECAP provides guidance to ensure an inclusive community for all people that work in and enjoy nightlife, regardless of what they look like, who they love, how they identify, or what religion or culture they belong to.
